1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website and engaging our services (including video editing, 3D product animation, and app development), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Scope of Services

Graphite Pixel provides professional creative agency services. The exact scope of deliverables, timelines, milestones, and revision policies for video editing, animation, or custom application build tasks are outlined individually in client-specific Service Level Agreements (SLAs) or statement of works.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified in a signed client agreement:

• Agency Assets: All proprietary design systems, standard 3D libraries, shader setups, and boilerplate software code remain the property of Graphite Pixel.
• Client Deliverables: Upon full and final receipt of payment, ownership and copyright of specific finished deliverables (such as finalized videos, custom renders, or client-specific applications) transfer to the client.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing clear instructions, design parameters, raw media, and feedback in a timely manner. You warrant that you possess all legal permissions and copyrights for any assets, branding, or fonts you supply to Graphite Pixel for inclusion in projects.

5. Payment Terms

Payment structures (fixed price, deposits, milestones, hourly support retainers) are specified in the respective project quotes or agreements. Graphite Pixel reserves the right to suspend or delay project progress or file delivery if milestone invoices are overdue.

6. Limitation of Liability

Graphite Pixel is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services. We aim for 100% satisfaction but offer no warranties on third-party integrations or marketing conversion outcomes.
